1. Purpose
Kaizmax is a mobile app that generates personalized diet and training programs and lets you track their completion. Using the app implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Health disclaimer — important
The programs, calories, macronutrients and exercises offered are indicative estimates generated automatically from your answers. They in no way constitute medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription.
- Consult a doctor before starting any program, especially in case of a medical condition, injury, pregnancy or eating disorder.
- Immediately stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.
- The app is for adults only: it computes calorie needs and training loads from formulas established for adults, and using it assumes the capacity to enter into a contract. By creating an account you declare that you are 18 or over.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide (the program depends on it). You can delete your account at any time; your data is then erased in accordance with the privacy policy.
4. Premium subscription
Some features (adaptive coach, unlimited regeneration, advanced stats…) require a paid subscription. The price is shown before any purchase; the subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed. A subscription bought inside the app is cancelled from your App Store or Google Play account, at least 24 h before the renewal date — we have no control over it. A subscription bought on this website is cancelled at any time from the management area on the subscription page.
Right of withdrawal
For a subscription bought on this website, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw, without having to give a reason.
However, Premium access opens immediately after payment. By confirming your order you expressly request that immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal as soon as access is open, under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code. You are asked for this consent explicitly at the time of payment.
If you did not give that consent, or if access was never opened to you, you may withdraw within fourteen days by writing to us or by using the form below. Reimbursement is made within fourteen days of receiving your request, using the same means of payment.
A subscription bought inside the app follows the App Store's or Google Play's own refund terms.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app (reverse engineering, unauthorized access to others' data, unauthorized commercial use of generated content).
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the generated programs, from a service outage, or from data loss due to an event of force majeure.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent French courts, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
